Returns Policy
 
Goods maybe returned to Fire Spares Direct within 30 days of delivery providing they are in a new and unused condition. Returned items must be packaged using the original packaging where possible and packaged to a similar protective standard.
 
Goods should not be returned to our premises without previous notification and our consent in writing. Responsibility will not be accepted for any goods returned without such consent. Communications should be sent by email to firespares.direct or through our sales office Monday to Saturday telephone 0044 (0) 191 4974298.
 
Upon arrival of expected goods, in a satisfactory condition, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be notified via email and will normally be processed within 10 working days after arrival of the returned item.
 
If goods are returned because they have been sent in error or have arrived in an unacceptable condition, Fire Spares Direct will pay for carriage costs and arrange collection. 
 
Some products may have special returns policies and these will be advised where appropriate.
